Preparation of "Bocconotti"
Start with the short pastry putting all the ingredients in a bowl. Work them until they form a compact dough that you wrap in the film and you will rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Once it is taken up, roll it out with a rolling pin, on a floured work surface, for a thickness of about 3 mm. Now prepare the filling by chopping chocolate, cocoa, sugar, almonds, rum and cinnamon in a mixer.
Transfer to a bowl and add to the egg, mixing. Grease the mold for the tartlets now and place the shortcrust pastry inside. Stuff with chocolate and cut circles with the remaining pastry. Cover with the newly cut circles and seal the edges well. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Once baked leave them to cool.
Your "Bocconotti" are ready to be sprinkled with icing sugar and served.
